  1. In the following we inform about the collection of personal data during customer orders by telephone and when using our website. Personal data is any data personally referring to you, e.g. Name, address, e-mail addresses.

• Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
• Content of the request (concrete page)
• Access Status / HTTP status code
• Each transferred amount of data
• Website from which the request comes
• Browser
• Operating system and its interface
• Language and version of the browser software.

Whenyou send us inquiries by using the contact form, the processing of the data entered into the contact form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 letter a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

This information, in particular, is your name, your business address, your delivery address, your e-mail address and your telephone number and fax number (legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (1) (b) DGPR).

We transfer personal data to third parties only if this is necessary in the context of contract execution (for example to the companies entrusted with the delivery of the goods or the bank responsible for processing the payments). A further transmission of the data does not take place or only if you have expressly consented to the transmission. A transfer of your data to third parties without explicit consent for purposes such as advertising will not take place.

In case we transfer personal data to service providers outside the EU and the European Economic Area (EEA), the transfer will only take place if the EU Commission has confirmed this Third Country to have an adequate level of data protection or other appropriate data protection guarantees are available (for example binding corporate data protection regulations or EU Standard contractual clauses) (Art. 46 GDPR). In addition, we provide data in individual cases to third party countries for which neither a decision on adequacy nor a suitable data protection guarantee exists. The data transmission in these cases takes place exclusively for the fulfillment of our obligations from the contract concluded between the two of us (delivery of the goods).

 

  1.  Possible risks that may arise in connection with data transmission to service providers established in third party countries, provided that neither an adequacy decision of the EU Commission pursuant to Art. 45 (3) GDPR nor appropriate guarantees pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR exists, are in particular:
  • Your data may possibly be passed on to other third parties beyond the actual purpose of the order fulfillment, e.g. the use of your data for promotional purposes.
  • There may be a higher likelihood of incorrect data processing as the technical and organizational measures to protect personal data are not fully in line with the requirements of the GDPR in terms of quantity and quality.

 

§ 5 Duration of data storage

  1. The duration of the storage of personal data is based on the respective legal retention period (for example commercial or tax retention periods). After the deadline, the corresponding data is routinely deleted if no longer required to fulfill the contract and/or if on our part a legitimate interest in storage no longer exists.
